We live in a fast paced world that encourages us all to go go go and do do do almost non-stop. Today, in episode 23, I want to talk about tangible ways to welcome or introduce slowing down into your life.
I believe that we must be intentional about creating a life that does not attempt to match the fast and quick beat that is the backdrop of our lives. I'm sharing eight ways that I have incorporated slowing down into my life in hopes that it gets some lightbulbs going off for you to think about what you can do in your own life.
