Prioritizing your mental, emotional and physical well-being doesn't require hours of time and can be done every single day. When thinking about what you will do for your mental, emotional and physical well-being each day here are helpful questions to consider:

  1. mental well-being: what will help me best respond to stressors in my upcoming day?
  2. emotional well-being: what will help me maintain control or awareness over my thoughts, feelings and behaviors?
  3. physical well-being: what will help my body function at its best?
