In this episode, I am talking about worry and taking steps to uncover what we can learn about ourselves from our worries. I'm talking about what a worry-free day would look like for you and sharing the response I received when I posed this question to the women within the Best Today Membership.

I highly recommend that you listen to this episode with pen and paper as I share some journal prompts to help you as well. This will be an episode that you want to revisit and listen to on repeat.
