Not Waiting for January

Every January the gym parking lots exceed capacity, spinach bags are purchased in their largest quantities and anything (books, planners, videos) relating to "goals" are purchased or viewed at high volume and for what?  By April, you can get a close park at the gym again, the soggy bags of spinach have been thrown out and all of that stuff on planning and goals is under the mounds of laundry you haven't done or stuffed under a pile of papers in your kitchen or office space.

You know why? Because so many people live their life in faux cycles--"I'm going to do X when Y" when in reality you can do what needs to be done for the betterment of your life and your health and well-being starting today.

It doesn't require an hour long workout, eating only green things or setting goals that are lofty and unimportant in the grand scheme of things.  What is required is for you to (1) understand the power of small steps and the control that you have over your life and (2) to believe that you are worth the effort it takes to be consistent with what is important and valuable to you.

And with that, I am giving you the roadmap and the small simple steps on how to begin the journey of how to optimize your time without compromising your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing RIGHT NOW in the, "Not Waiting for January" realtime class happening on October 25, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern.
