Last week I shared my vision for Best Today® in front of my section mates at the Goldman Sachs headquarters in New York City. The presentation was the last step of completing the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program that I began in September 2022.
On Thursday I graduated alongside 300 other small business owners from around the country and collectively we joined the 10,000+ small businesses that have completed the program!
I applied and interviewed for the 10,000 Small Businesses program to grow as a leader of this company and to connect with other business leaders. Our time spent in New York last week was one of the best business experiences I've ever had!
Starting in September of last year we met with our section twice a week for classes, had growth group meetings with a smaller group, paired partner calls and LOTS of homework in between. I was in school what felt like full time, while leading Best Today® full time, parenting two young children, and ensuring that I got my 7-8 hours of sleep, 1 hour of daily exercise and time for myself, friends, and family. Being a part of this program helped me to live out Best Today® principles in real time.
To every customer, podcast listener, corporate client, and supporter of Best Today®, THANK YOU! I enrolled in this program to better serve my team and YOU! I know the countless stories of life change that have taken place as a result of our products, teaching and connecting with you at events or trainings on your jobs. There is so much more I have in store for you thanks to many of the things that I have learned through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
