From overstuffed to just right

This program is a full on immersive and transformative experience, and worth every second/trash bag/donation box! I have definitely kept and gathered a bit too much in my house (especially after having a kid!), and even when I'd clean certain rooms, I didn't get that wonderful "the house is clean and I can relax" feeling because things still felt overstuffed! Not to mention the mental load of being constantly asked where things are located or where things go! Shunta's 4-3-2-1 process felt daunting at first (and during the messy middle of the process), but it really works if you make your way through with each step. The result of following through feels SO GOOD. Not only is the room is so much lighter, so are your heart and mindset. Excited to take another room through this process soon... one at a time!

A cleaning game changer!

When first doing the COR training I thought it was going to take ages and I wouldn't have time. But I scheduled intentional time to implementing the steps of COR and it has added time to my days and weeks because everything is intentional and has a place. If you are looking for tips and cleaning hacks this is not for you. But if you want to remove the clutter from your house and start fresh so that you don't need to be rushing to tidy the house before someone comes over, then this is for you. It has really helped me to stay tidy and organised and freed up space in my brain as my environment has become a calming space.
